SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
PetDocX LLC currently ships to all 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & RATES
We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We always select the lowest available rate that meets standard delivery timeframes.
No carrier is guaranteed for any specific order — we reserve the right to select the most cost-effective and reliable option available at the time of fulfillment.

Delivery estimates below are in addition to the 1–2 business day processing window:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. PetDocX LLC is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume surges, or other circumstances outside our control.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
PetDocX offers a subscribe-and-save program that delivers your dog's supplements automatically every 30 days.
Subscription Benefits

- Automatic 30-day delivery so your dog never runs out
- Shipping rates are the same as standard one-time orders, calculated at checkout
Billing Your payment method is charged automatically every 30 days, beginning on the date of your first order. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each upcoming charge.
Managing Your Subscription You can update your shipping address, payment method, or delivery date at any time by logging into your PetDocX account at petdocx.com.
Cancellation & Pausing Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused after your third consecutive order has shipped. To cancel or pause, log into your account at petdocx.com or contact us at support@petdocx.com before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has processed cannot be applied to that order but will take effect on the following cycle.
We require a minimum of 3 consecutive orders before cancellation to qualify for the 25% subscriber discount. If you need to cancel before your third order for an exceptional reason, contact us at support@petdocx.com and we will review your situation individually.
Skipping a Delivery You may skip an upcoming delivery once per subscription year by logging into your account or contacting us at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website:
- USPS: usps.com/tracking
- UPS: ups.com/track
If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@petdocx.com.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at support@petdocx.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. PetDocX LLC will assist you through the claims process but cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines determined by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local post office or UPS facility as a first step, as packages are often held or mis-scanned at the local level.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PetDocX LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@petdocx.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@petdocx.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged order resolutions.
