Because PetDocX supplements are consumable food-grade products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been received. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every order we ship.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind every formula we make. If your dog does not respond to a PetDocX product, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make it right — up to and including a full refund at our discretion. No return shipment required.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, appears spoiled, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@petdocx.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method or reship your order at no charge — whichever you prefer. You are not required to return the product.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@petdocx.com.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refund:
• Opened products where no defect or quality issue is reported
• Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request
• Gift cards

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard policy above applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@petdocx.com.
